Student & Pupil ID Cards, Campus Cards

A student card spends years in a wallet — squeezed against bank cards and keys, swiped at the turnstile every morning. Cheap plastic and an underpowered chip don’t hold up: lamination cracks, the photo fades, the chip goes quiet at the reader. The student is locked out; the institution is stuck reissuing cards and fielding complaints.

ZORYA SECURITY PRINTING produces student and pupil ID cards in ID-1 format, compliant with ISO 7810 and, for chip-enabled cards, ISO 14443. Every batch is tested in-house against ISO 10373, with mechanical integrity and readability guaranteed for at least 5 years of daily use.

Cards can be issued as a plain printed card or with an embedded contactless chip module (MIFARE-family or equivalent) supporting campus access control, library systems and public transport fare payment — one card instead of several.

Security and quality are built into the material, print and personalisation:

• print resolution from 600 ppi, with wear-resistant photo and barcode;
• semi-matte lamination on both sides, 50 microns or more;
• individual numbering and card series;
• optional PIN field under scratch-off coating;
• durable chip module with AES-128 encryption and Common Criteria EAL4+ certification.

Card layout, fields and branding are customised to each institution or programme operator. We support customers with personalisation and chip-initialisation equipment, plus the secure consumables needed to run it.
