ZORYA SECURITY PRINTING produces secure document blanks and certificates for government agencies, municipalities, businesses and institutions — with layered security features that make counterfeiting detectable both visually and instrumentally.

Security Layers

Security is built in layers, matched to the document's requirements:

• First level (overt) — visible to the naked eye: guilloche patterns and microtext, rainbow (iris) printing, colour-shifting ink (optically variable), serial numbering in security ink, Optical Variable Devices (OVD) and holographic elements including 3DSeal.
• Second level (covert) — revealed by specialist equipment: UV-reactive inks (invisible in daylight), IR-reactive inks, thermochromic inks, bleach-reactive VOID feature, magnetic security elements.
• Third level (forensic) — micro-taggants, chemical sensitivity substrate, nanoimages and cryptographic elements — for laboratory and instrument verification.

Each document receives the combination that matches its risk profile — no more, no less.

First level (overt)

• guilloche patterns, microtext (positive from 200 microns, negative from 250 microns);
• rainbow (iris) printing — fine continuous line grid, impossible to reproduce by commercial means;
• anti-copy screen — words "COPY" (and equivalents in target languages) appear on photocopies, invisible in the original;
• colour-shifting ink (optically variable) — changes colour under different viewing angles;
• individual serial numbering in security ink;
• Optical Variable Devices (OVD) & holographic elements (see below).

Second level (covert)

• UV-reactive inks — invisible in daylight, visible under ultraviolet light;
• IR-reactive inks — detectable by infrared readers;
• thermochromic image — disappears at 35°C, UV-fluorescent;
• erasable invisible image — UV image disappears after mechanical alteration attempts on data printed above;
• Bleach-reactive VOID feature — customised hidden message appears against bleaching agent alterations;
• hidden multi-image decoder feature — multiple customised wordings visible under branded decoder lens.

Third level (forensic)

• micro-taggants in serial numbering — unique particles verified by handheld reader in one second; confirms VALID or FAKE;
• chemical sensitivity substrate (CBS-1) — reacts visibly to bleaching or chemical alteration attempts.

Optical Variable Devices (OVD) & Holographic Elements

• hot-stamped hologram — customised design, originated at minimum 250,000 dpi;
• 3DSeal — three-dimensional optically variable security element with depth effect, impossible to reproduce by scanning or copying;
• kinetic effects: colour kinetics in guilloches, text with expand effect, flip/flop image;
• rainbow effect with angular kinetic and colour shift;
• hidden (laser-visible) and latent (angle-dependent) image;
• microtext within OVD — letter height 20–50 microns;
• nanoimages — letter height 5 microns; nanosculpture;
• achromatic images;
• Anymotion feature — letter movement under different viewing angles;
• NanoEmbossing in hot-stamp foil.

Substrates & Materials

• two-tone or multi-tone watermark paper (customised design);
• UV-dull security paper;
• chemical sensitivity (CBS-1);
• security fibres (visible and/or invisible) and security thread;
• synthetic substrates for enhanced durability;
• polymer materials for long-life documents.

Numbering & Serialisation

• letterpress serial numbering in security ink (UV or colour-shifting effect);
• demetallised or holographic foil patch over serial number — including 3DSeal option;
• 2D DataMatrix barcode with UV-fluorescent ink — encodes document number and optionally links to a verification URL.

Intaglio printing option: for documents requiring the highest level of tactile security — the same technology used for banknotes and passports — intaglio printing, including multi-colour intaglio, is available as an option. Intaglio creates a tactile relief that cannot be reproduced on any commercial equipment. Contact us to discuss whether this option is appropriate for your document specification.
