Our history

Zorya Printing Plant was established on the production facilities of the Kyiv Label and Printing Factory, founded in the summer of 1944. For many years the Factory manufactured labels and packaging for the food industry of the USSR. Between 1971 and 1973 the Factory became part of the Zorya Production Association and, thanks to its achievements in increasing output and improving quality, became the leading enterprise of the association, which by that time included five more printing companies. At different periods the enterprise employed up to 900 people.

For the first time in Ukraine, a specialised enterprise for the production of lottery tickets was created on the basis of the Zorya Production Association. Its output covered the entire demand of the USSR for this product. These tickets made a significant contribution to financing the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow. For its performance the enterprise was awarded the title of «Official Supplier of the 1980 Olympics».

In 2002 Zorya Printing Plant began its production activity with the manufacture of strict-accountability document forms and packaging products.

In 2004 the enterprise carried out a comprehensive modernisation of its technological equipment and a reconstruction of its production buildings and premises.

In 2006 the range of strict-accountability document forms produced doubled compared with 2005.

By 2008 every family in Ukraine was using the products of the enterprise.
