e-Passport
The e-Passport is a biometric travel document compliant with ICAO Doc 9303. Zorya produces passport booklets end to end: the cover, the sewn security inner pages and the polycarbonate data page with a contactless chip.
Security features include watermarked security paper with fibres, iris printing, UV-luminescent inks, perforated numbering, thread sewing and laser engraving of the holder's data.
The same technology is used for seafarer's identity documents and other travel documents. Booklet format, page count and the security scheme are defined by the customer.
